4. Procedure
4.1 Process flow: (Raw material)---mixing---conveying---extruding & puffing---cutting---hoisting---milling---conveying---drying---vibrating conveying--- (packing)
4.2 Equipments: Mixer---Screw Conveyor---Extruder--- Cutter--- Hoister--- Wet miller---Air conveyor---Dryer---Vibrating screen--- (Packing machine)
5. We adopt double screw extruder.
6. The main body material is stainless steel, which is easy to be cleaned.
7.The screws material is 38CrMoAl, which is wear-resisting.
8.The processing line needs two workers to operate.
9. We advice the plant area is no less than 100 square meters, the length is no less than 20 meters.Of course,plant area will change when your final configuration changes.
10. The temperature and rotating speed can be controlled and adjusted.
