4. Procedure
Process flow:1.Mixing 2.Extruding 3.Conveying 4.Drying 5.Flavoring (6.packing)
Equipments: Mixer---Screw conveyer---Extruder---Air conveyer---Dryer---Hoister---Oil sprayer---Double roller---Vibrating screen---Cooling conveyer--- (Packing machine)
5. We adopt double screw extruder.
6. The main body material is stainless steel, which is easy to be cleaned.
7.The screws material is 38CrMoAl, which is wear-resisting.
8.The processing line needs two workers to operate.
9. We advice the plant area is no less than 150 square meters, the length is no less than 30 meters.Of course,plant area will change when your final configuration change.
10. The temperature and rotating speed can be controlled and adjusted.
11. The processing line has self-cleaning function.
